Evoval — Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Evoval. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver your order.

Where We Ship

We currently ship only within the United States, including all 50 states. At this time, we are unable to process orders for delivery to U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.

Shipping Cost

We offer free standard shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required. The shipping cost you see at checkout will always be $0.00.

Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed, our team begins preparing it right away. Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment. Processing times do not include weekends or holidays and may occasionally be extended during high-volume periods, in which case we will do our best to notify you.

Shipping / Transit Time

After your order has been processed, please allow an additional 5–8 business days for delivery. This means your total time from order placement to delivery is typically 6–11 business days.

 

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as they can be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey to your door.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because we begin processing orders quickly, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your order. Once an order has entered the shipping stage, we may no longer be able to make changes.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, or if tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact our customer service team at support@evoval.shop so we can assist you.
